Sgt Bowe Bergdahl of the United States Army was released in a prisoner exchange with the Taliban.
The CIA special forces agent frisked Sgt Bergdahl, and then, unflappable as ever, he threw the bag that Bergdahl was carrying to the ground.
This is how it could have ended.
The Islamic design on the bag is symbolic of the brainwashing he went through.
